Steam is in offline mode

If you have UAC enabled on your system, or if you are using a standard (limited) user account (not administrator account), and are running Steam as “Administrator”, you will have to start the Launcher also as “Administrator”.
Known Issues
SweetFX Shader Suite prevents Launcher from running in HW accelerated mode. Use the safe mode and switch to software rendering.
The RadeonPro graphics card utility may cause the Launcher to crash. Disable it or add arma3launcher.exe to its compatibility list and set "Disable API detection".
